Long lasting colour is a great challenge just - for us. Flag life expectancy is just the same as the overprint durability, for this reason we particularly scrutinize the very complex process of printing and fixing images on the cloth. We print using the screen printing method, which provides excellent visual effects and high durability. We use premier water based paints produced by BASF company, which are thermofixed on the cloth. To satisfy requirements of various graphic designers, we mix dyes and print colours in accordance with the commonly accepted in printing PANTONE and RAL scale. The print on a flag can be easily read from both sides - but it appears on the back side as a mirror image. We do not achieve such a high quality at all costs - the printing process in neutral for the natural environment

These flags are printed on our Mimaki printers with the max. width 150 cm, the throughprint is about 95 %. Our digitally printed flags are thermothixed and chemichally washed to achive the highest quality so that flags could statisfy each even most demanding customer.
Production
We settle the entire production process in one place in order to monitor the quality and quickly respond to any Customer wish. All seams are made by a solid double stitch. We specially strengthen flag corners so the flag does not shred, and on the montage side we sew a durable polyester band. Each piece of flag is given plastic karabiners for raising the flag on a flagpole. Every finished flag is then carefully examined to check its quality.
